  • 🧘‍♀️ Meditation: Immerse yourself in guided meditations designed to bring peace, clarity, and mindfulness to your daily life. Cultivate a deeper sense of inner calm and resilience.

  • 💜 Heart-Based Support: Aimee's compassionate support guides you through challenges and celebrates victories on your Osteoporosis journey.

  • Access Bars Energy Work: Experience the transformative energy work of Access Bars, promoting relaxation and the release of stress. Unlock new dimensions of self-awareness, allowing for a deeper connection with your true self. (In person only for weekly membership or ALIGN. LOVE. EVOLVE. program. These sessions (Yoga and Access) will be 2 hours once per month.
