As part of my yoga and business practices, I give back to my greater community through Yoga for Change events. I ongoingly give to Sandy Hook Promise, protecting our children from gun violence. This year I decided to also support Reality Changers after I had the pleasure of meeting Ally Welborn who shared the organizations mission with me and this exciting fundraiser.

Reality Changers prepares youth to become first-generation college graduates and agents of change. Funds raised support tutoring, mentorship, college readiness training, and professional development programs for young people from underrepresented backgrounds - all provided at no cost to students and families.
