🧘🏼‍♀️ Elevate your well-being with Alternate Nostril Breathing! Here's a quick guide:
1. Sit comfortably, spine erect.
2. Gently place right thumb on right nostril, first and middle fingers can rest gently between the brows, ring and pinky finger on left nostril.
3. With right thumb, close off the right nostril, inhale through left.
4. Release right nostril, Using your ring finger, close left, exhale right.
5. Inhale right, close off right, exhale left. This completes one cycle.
5. Repeat steps 3-5 for up to 5 minutes..
6. Always complete the practice by finishing with an exhale on the left side.
