Over the past few months, I’ve been getting more and more questions about Access Bars® ~what it is, how it works, and why so many people walk away from a session feeling lighter, calmer, and clearer. So, I thought I’d take a moment to share what I know, my personal experience, and some exciting new research that just came out.

What Are Access Bars®?

Access Bars® is a gentle, hands-on method that involves lightly touching 32 points on the head. These points correspond to different areas of our lives—like money, creativity, relationships, and joy—and when touched, they help release mental clutter, old patterns, and limiting beliefs.

For years, Access Bars® has been known for creating emotional and mental ease, but now we have more measurable scientific evidence to back it up. At Global Foundation 2025 in Prague, Dr. Astrid Vester and Mia DeLuca conducted a live case study exploring the real-time physiological effects of Access Bars®.

The results were remarkable. Compared to a resting control group, participants who received Bars sessions experienced:

  • ↓ Lower heart rate, respiratory rate, and blood pressure

  • ↑ Increased heart–brain coherence and achievement score

This means Access Bars® can create a measurable shift in nervous system regulation, helping your body move out of stress mode and into a state of deep relaxation and emotional clarity.
